Henri J. Sillam are happy to announce their diamond upgrade agreement. This document was inspired by the wish of the company to support develop and maintain the friendship and trust we endeavor to achieve with our customers.
Any piece of jewelry purchased under this agreement qualifies for the upgrading in size and quality of diamond at any time within a three-year period.
The value of the stone at the time of purchase will be fully deducted from the price of a new diamond chosen for the setting. In most cases this is the only charge to be made. The agreement enables a customer to purchase a diamond at a price he feels comfortable with, assured in the knowledge that at anytime within the agreement period, he or she may reappraise their decision and decide upon a larger diamond for their purchased piece. This allows for special occasions and is an exclusive service for our customers.
